Established in 1983 R.J McGay Ltd has built a reputation in both quality workmanship and reliability in the current flooring market..

The company is now approaching 25 years in business with the 2 principle directors having more than 75 years combined experience in the flooring industry. This wealth of knowledge is now being passed onto younger members of staff, and together with their understanding of modern techniques and systems, is taking the company forward into the twenty-first century. This unique combination of youth and experience is keeping R.J. McGay very much to the forefront of today's competitive world.

We are members of the Association of Floorcovering Contractors (Scotland) Ltd., which our current Managing Director is a past Chairman and still serves on their management committee.

All our tradesmen are time served and trained to the highest standards.

Our main source of work is in Central Scotland although we do carry out work throughout the UK. We pride ourselves in providing the complete package, assessing works, advising clients on specifications, providing detailed estimates right through to carrying out works and offering aftercare advice.

We have credit accounts opened with most of the manufacturers in the industry which allows us to purchase materials competitivley, this is then passed onto our clients.
